Crystal Noe is a sanctions compliance expert with 26 years of frontline experience across Tier-1 banks, Big Tech, fintech, and digital asset companies. She has designed, built, and led sanctions programs at some of the most complex financial institutions in the world.

She founded Sanctions Risk Institute to bridge the gap between regulatory expectation and practitioner reality — delivering education grounded in enforcement intelligence, not textbook theory.

Her forthcoming book, Screen This, Avoid That, is the first practitioner handbook built entirely from real OFAC, OFSI, NYDFS, and DOJ enforcement actions.
